4. After glass fiber reinforcement, due to the addition of glass fiber, the fluidity is poor. In normal injection, the injection temperature of all reinforced plastics is 10 ℃-30 ℃ higher than that without glass fiber.

5. After glass fiber reinforcement, due to the addition of glass fiber and additives, the moisture absorption performance of reinforced plastics is greatly enhanced. Pure plastic that does not absorb water will also absorb water. So in the injection molding process to dry.

After the glass fiber is reinforced, the glass fiber will enter the surface of the plastic product during the injection molding process, making the surface of the product rough and spotty. Therefore, when using such materials to produce molds and injection molding machines, attention should be paid to the surface anti-corrosion treatment and surface hardness treatment of the equipment.
